The best of fillers and fat transfer.

AlloClae is a structural adipose (fat) filler — an injectable made from processed donor fat and its supportive matrix that restores volume to the face and body, integrating with your own tissue over time. It’s often described as the middle ground between traditional fillers and surgical fat transfer: unlike a hyaluronic-acid filler, it rebuilds deeper structural volume that looks and feels natural; unlike fat grafting, it needs no liposuction to harvest fat, so it works even if you don’t have much fat to spare. Because it comes in larger volumes, AlloClae can address the face and larger body areas alike — a genuinely new option at Southeastern Aesthetic Surgery in Augusta, GA.

Hours, in office

1- 2

AlloClae is an in-office treatment performed with local anesthesia — no operating room, no general anesthesia, and no fat-harvest surgery.

Weeks to final result

4- 5

You’ll see volume right away, with your final, integrated contour settling in over the following weeks as swelling resolves.

Our practice

A regenerative filler, in expert hands.

AlloClae isn’t a mall-kiosk injectable. As a structural filler that rebuilds deeper volume — and, for body areas, uses larger amounts of product — it rewards a trained eye for anatomy and proportion. At Southeastern Aesthetic Surgery, AlloClae is administered by Dr. Troy Austin himself — a double board-certified plastic surgeon — so your treatment is planned and performed with a surgeon’s understanding of facial and body contour.

It also means AlloClae sits alongside the full range of volume and contouring options — from dermal fillers to fat transfer and surgical procedures — so you get an honest recommendation, not a one-size-fits-all sell.

The right tool depends on the goal. AlloClae is a beautiful option when you want natural, structural volume without surgery — and we'll tell you honestly when it's the fit and when it isn't. Dr. Troy Austin

Why a plastic surgery practice

  • Planned within a board-certified plastic surgery practice
  • Full range of options — filler, fat transfer, or surgery
  • Honest guidance on what actually fits your goals
Is it right for you?

Who is a good candidate?

AlloClae suits healthy adults who want to restore volume or refine a contour — a hollow cheek or temple, thinning under the eyes, hip dips, or a small irregularity — without surgery. It’s especially useful if you like the idea of fat transfer but don’t have enough body fat to harvest, or you simply prefer a non-surgical option with little downtime. It’s designed for natural refinement rather than a dramatic size increase, so it isn’t a substitute for implants when you want a major change. A consultation is the best way to know if it fits.

Curious how AlloClae differs from Renuva? Both are adipose-based; AlloClae provides immediate structural volume and comes in larger sizes for the body, while Renuva is typically used for smaller facial and scar areas. We’ll help you choose at your consultation.

What it treats

Face, body and hands, one filler.

Because AlloClae comes in both small and large volumes, it can refine delicate facial areas or restore fuller body contours.

Face

Restore age-related volume loss in the cheeks, temples, and under-eye hollows, and soften folds — rebuilding the youthful structure that thins over time, for a rested rather than “filled” look.

Body

Smooth hip dips, add modest volume and contour to the buttocks as a non-surgical alternative to a BBL for the right candidate, refine breast contour or smooth irregularities, and correct dents or asymmetries after weight loss or prior procedures.

Hands

Replenish lost volume on the backs of the hands, softening the look of prominent tendons and veins for a smoother, more youthful appearance.

A note on expectations

AlloClae is built for natural refinement and structural support. For a large increase in breast or buttock size, an implant or full fat transfer is still the better tool — we’ll tell you honestly which fits your goal.

Face, body & hands

Cheeks and temples to hip dips and contour irregularities — one versatile filler.

How it works

A scaffold your body makes its own.

AlloClae does more than fill space — it gives your body a framework to build on.

Processed donor tissue

AlloClae is made from donated human adipose tissue that’s carefully processed to remove cells and DNA while preserving the natural matrix, proteins, and growth factors that give fat its structure. That processing keeps the risk of immune reaction low.

Integration & support

Injected through a fine needle or cannula, it provides immediate volume and then acts as a scaffold — your own cells move in, supporting collagen and new blood-vessel formation, so the result feels soft and natural rather than firm.

Long-lasting, not permanent

Results are designed to endure and often last far longer than synthetic fillers, though AlloClae is not permanent, and occasional touch-ups can maintain your result.

Ready-to-use. AlloClae arrives sterile and pre-packaged — no fat harvest, no donor-site incision.

Investment

How much does AlloClae cost in Augusta?

Because AlloClae is priced by the amount of product used, cost depends heavily on the area — a facial refinement uses far less than restoring larger body contours. Your exact quote is set at your consultation, once we know your goals and how much product they’ll take.

AlloClae — 12.5 cc ~$4,500
AlloClae — 25 cc ~$5,300
AlloClae — 50 cc ~$8,550
AlloClae — 75 cc ~$11,300
Consultation with Dr. Austin $100

Pricing is set by the volume of product used (cc) — larger body areas use more than facial refinement. Your exact quote is confirmed at consultation. Financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi, and Alle Financing.

Recovery & results

Little downtime, natural results.

Right after

You’ll notice added volume immediately. Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising in the treated areas is common and usually settles within a few days.

Getting back to it

Most people return to normal daily activities within a day or two, avoiding strenuous exercise and pressure on the treated areas for a short period as directed.

Your result over time

  • 1–2 weeks: early swelling resolves and the contour refines.
  • 4–8 weeks: final, integrated result as tissue settles.
  • Long-term: long-lasting volume, with occasional touch-ups to maintain it.

Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve your result, since weight changes can affect any filler or fat.

Natural, not “filled.” AlloClae rebuilds structure that reads as rested — not overdone.

Good to know

AlloClae Questions.

What is AlloClae?

AlloClae is a structural adipose (fat) filler — an injectable made from processed donor fat and its supportive matrix. It restores volume to the face and body and integrates with your own tissue over time, offering the benefits of fat grafting without liposuction.

Traditional fillers (usually hyaluronic acid) add temporary, surface-level volume and typically last six to twelve months. AlloClae rebuilds deeper structural volume that looks and feels natural, comes in larger sizes for the body, and lasts considerably longer — though it isn’t permanent.

No liposuction is needed. Traditional fat transfer harvests your own fat surgically and re-injects it; AlloClae uses ready-to-use processed donor fat, so there’s no harvest, no donor-site incision, and it works even if you don’t have much fat to spare.

Both are adipose-based injectables. Renuva mainly acts as a matrix that encourages your body to regenerate its own fat and is typically used for smaller facial or scar areas. AlloClae provides immediate structural volume and comes in larger volumes suited to the face and larger body areas.

On the face: cheeks, temples, under-eye hollows, and folds. On the body: hip dips, modest buttock contouring, breast contour refinement, and smoothing irregularities or dents after weight loss or prior procedures. It can also restore volume to the backs of the hands. It’s for refinement, not a large size increase.

AlloClae is designed for longevity and generally lasts considerably longer than synthetic fillers. It is not permanent, however, and occasional touch-ups can maintain your result. Keeping a stable weight helps preserve it.

AlloClae is a human-tissue allograft processed to strict standards to remove cells and DNA, which keeps the risk of immune reaction low. As with any injectable there are possible side effects, such as swelling, bruising, or, rarely, nodules or infection. It’s considered safe when performed by a qualified provider. At Southeastern Aesthetic Surgery, AlloClae is administered by Dr. Austin, and we’ll review your history at your consultation.

Cost depends on the area and the amount of product used — facial treatments use far less than larger body areas. You’ll receive an exact quote at your consultation, and financing is available.

There’s little downtime. Expect mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising for a few days, with most people back to normal activities within a day or two. Strenuous exercise and pressure on the treated areas should be avoided for a short period.

Healthy adults who want natural volume restoration or contour refinement without surgery — especially those who like the idea of fat transfer but lack donor fat — are often good candidates. A consultation is the best way to confirm whether AlloClae or another option fits your goals.
